Did Honda extend the 7/100,000 to specifically 100,000 miles because of the number of recalls they are having?

I thought that I received a letter from Honda indicating that my 7/100,000 warranty was being extended to 100,00 regardless of the year because of the number of recalls.

Now, I can't find the letter.
